The world of Numbers

As part of the Vigyan Jyoti Programme, Prof. Sujatha Ramdorai from Mathematics Department, University of British Columbia, Canada will give a talk titled ' The World of Numbers'.

 

Abstract : There are numerous problems in Number Theory that are  simple to state but are difficult to solve. This talk will provide a glimpse of such problems along with some applications of  results from Number Theory.
